We’re excited you’ve decided to purchase an ATRIO kit from ArcPoint Forensics. This page will guide you through everything you need to get started — from portal access to device setup.

Step 1 — Request Portal Access (Required Before Registration)

Before you can create your portal account, our team must open registration access for your email address.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Organization

  • Email address you want to use for the portal

  • Serial Number for the ATRIO Kit (if already received)

Once your email is enabled, you’ll receive instructions to complete registration.

Important:
During registration, you must select “accept marketing.”


This does not subscribe you to marketing emails — it simply ensures the system can send verification messages.

Step 2 — Access the Customer Portal

After support enables your account, you’ll be able to create your login and access the portal.

Inside the portal you’ll find:

  • ATRIO templates

  • Training videos

  • Documentation

  • Software updates

  • Support resources

Step 3 — Setting Up Your ATRIO Device

Follow these steps once you receive your unit.

1️⃣ Unlock the Device

  • Enter PIN. If you don’t have the PIN, please contact support.

2️⃣ Connect to Your Network (optional)

  • Download Network Settings.json from the templates section in the Customer Portal.

  • Open the file in a text editor.

  • Enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password.

  • Save the file to a blank USB drive.

3️⃣ Import Network Settings

  1. Plug the USB drive into the back of the ATRIO.

  2. Press Settings (middle button on the right, above “Go”).

  3. Select Import Config File (middle button, bottom row).

  4. Press Back (top left).

  5. Press Go.

4️⃣ Verify Settings

  • Confirm:

  • Wi-Fi is ON

  • Dashboard is ON

5️⃣ Access the Dashboard

  • The ATRIO screen will display an IP address once connected.

  • Use that IP address to connect via your browser.

  • Follow the walkthrough video instructions in the portal.
